You are invited to attend the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Grace Community Church, scheduled for May 26, 2024, at 12pm, immediately following our second service. Light snacks will be provided.

Non-members are welcome to attend but will not be able to participate in any voting. Members are requested to attend.

Childcare will be provided for children aged 6 months to pre-k (4 years). If you plan to use this option, please fill out this form so that we can plan volunteers accordingly. Families are welcome in the auditorium. We encourage you to bring some food and activities. We recognize there will be a bit of extra commotion, but please know it is welcome and we appreciate your presence.

As per our bylaws, we are required to include a resolution passed by the Leadership Board (LB) if there is an intention to adjust the size of the board from the standard five members. This year, the LB proposes to increase the board size to seven members. Therefore, we will be seeking your approval for the following resolution:

Motion: For the 2024 term (from May 26, 2024, to May 2025), the number of members on the Leadership Board shall be set at seven.

Your presence and participation are important as we reflect on the achievements of the past year, deliberate on future plans, and elect members to the Leadership Board.
